Please read before submitting this form:

1. I understand that the painting that I am commissioning will be an interpretation of my pet. The finished painting will be a fun representational portrait, not a realistic portrayal of my pet.
   
   
2. Bridget has permission to use my photo(s) to create a painting of my pet. Click HERE for some great pet photography tips.
   
   
3. I understand that my order will not be placed on Bridget' s schedule until my signed Commission Agreement, 50% deposit & photos are in. Bridget will send me a copy of my Commission Agreement & e-mail me with the estimated completion date.
   
   
4. Bridget will email me a digital photo of the initial sketch for my approval. Once I approve the sketch, she will begin painting. Bridget will later send a digital photo of the completed painting. This photo will serve as my proof for final acceptance.
   
   
5. I understand that color varies by computer monitor, so the colors appearing on my monitor may vary from the actual painting.
   
   
6. If I wish to purchase the painting, I will sign off on the final proof & pay the balance due plus shipping and sales tax (if applicable) within 5 days.
   
   
7. If I do not wish to purchase the painting, I understand my 50% deposit is non-refundable. Bridget can offer the painting for sale to the general public or keep for her personal portfolio or business use.
   
   
8. I understand that Bridget reserves all copyright and reproduction rights to the artworks created from the photos provided.
